Dunking Dignitaries for Art at the Arts festival this weekend

why not ?

Dunking Dignitaries just doesn’t go far enough in the simple opinion of this post author. Dunk_Tank_June_2002

It would be alot more fun to dunk various “involved types” in the Junction with Neil Ross providing the comedic commentary. Although comment  for the elected members would pale  with the batter  that will fly with their constituents.

So why not dunk,

Fernando Freitas of The Academy of Realist Art

Janet DiBernardo of Latitude 44 Gallery

No one asked me to part of this… Also I am DJing down the street in front of Pandemonium saturday and sunday.
I will be taking a few shots at Bill on saturday!! he is in the seat 11 til 12 noon saturday

Here's hoping the dunk tank will be a feature of next year's festival. Many thanks to West Toronto Paint for arranging the tank and giving the proceeds to the Junction Residents' Association for the Boom Times Spring Fling project. With a tight timeframe, there were issues of permission and liability, but next time, the list of dunkees can be as long as your arm. Thanks to Bill for being a sport.
