Your Junction Residents Association proudly presents Function in the Junction. A fundraiser to support the continuing historical research of the brave firefighters of the Junction 423.
All proceeds will be used to professionally frame historic photographs and documents for display in the fire house
A four-course dinner will be served at Aquila restaurant from 6-8 pm for $35 per person.
We are excited to announce that the hours for dinner have been extended to 10:00pm so remember to book your space with Aquila
In celebration and honour of Earth Hour we will enjoy the sounds of acuostic music performed in Candlelight from 8:30-9:30pm
I read this as a "fundraiser" for a picture framing shop to frame some pictures. Which I find weird. The fonts & poster are very nice looking though.
Hello Circa, Junction 423 has an extensive collection of historic pictures and documents on display at the fire house which tells the long history of firefighting in the Junction.
The firefights are good at serving the Junction but not so good at preserving documents, they currently have the pictures in dolar store frames and sealed with caulk.
The JRA wanted to help them by having the pictures framed in a way that will preserve the documents and enhance the display which anyone in the Junction is welcome to view at the fire house.
Over 30 Junction businesses have donated to the auction plus hundreds of hours of volunteer time from the residents make this a community project to be proud of.
