Currently a Howard Johnson Inn this building with an ever changing hotel franchise over the decades, has massive sign on its roof.
Directed for viewing eastbound traffic on the expressway to the south.
When looking at the intersection today I became aware of how much the back helps define deep inner-city character of this part if Parkdale.

Whats really sad is that the Day's Inn were allowed to take down the "Edgewater Hotel" sign.
