3030 Dundas St. West at High Park Ave. which has been undergoing renovations for about a year now has placed a detailed sign on the door outlining their bar / entertainment / food concept.
If they have plans to use the majority of the building for the public part of the business – it will be big. This is one if the deepest buildings on the Dundas strip and is also a triangle with the widest part of the building at the back.

So I read this article and thought am I not aware of this phrase "which has been undergoing Denis for about a year " because I'm feeling paranoid for being called abrasive in another post. Am I missing something?
