This building housing the Beaver does not exist now.. The BEAVER THEATRE closed in 1961, built by the Allen company. With 1162 Seats which somehow was reduced to 1142 in 1961 when the Allen company closed, the receivers Clarkson & Co. sold it to Sam Bloom and Sam Fine of B & F Theatres, Limited who were a Famous Players affiliate.
