The OCCIDENTAL hotel was located at 2812 Dundas St W in West Toronto was sold in 1922 by the Kelly estate to Norman Rogers. The transaction, handled by real estate brokers H. M. Davy & Company, was for approximately $40,000. The hotel was a four-story building with a basement and 34 rooms. Additionally, a 51×100 foot lot located on the west side of Heintzman avenue behind the hotel was also purchased. The hotel lot boasts 66 3-4 feet of frontage on Dundas street and 110 feet of frontage on Heintzman avenue.
