CTV need gets Junction’s area limits wrong again.

CTV’s web article titled, City proposed men’s homeless shelter on Runnymede faces opposition from locals, placed the new homeless shelter in the Junction, it is not, the building is located just north of the CPR tracks, a area just out of the Junction.

Ok the blog may be being picky about the small bit of ground difference, but Junction people are keen and strong on the bounds.
Update, from a comment posted Friday night.

The commenter is right in the comment below and I agree with it, the blog is referring to the common boundary now accepted.

Some people who know the area’s history might say that the area on this map is the Junction (what was once West Toronto Junction): https://wtjhsdemo.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/jmap2-_edited2.jpg

Interestingly, you can still find a West Toronto Junction manhole cover in the area between the CP Rail tracks and St. Clair.
