Is Amtbrose Small buried in the High Park?

— Toronto police are still searching for the body of Amrbose J. Small, the multi-millionaire theatrical king, who has been missing since Dec 2, 1919. Long since the police cave up hope that he is alive, as the world has been combed in an effort to locate him. This week Alex Anderson, of 96 Church street, who is a brother-in-law of John Doughty, former private sec-retary to Small, and now serving a five year’ sentence in penitentiary for stealing $100,000 in bonds from his employer’s estate, though the bonds wore later handed back by Doughty, came to the police and claimed to have received a tip that Small’s body was buried in a lonely spot in MI a suburb of • The dectetives have been deluged with fake clews since Small disappear-ed and they are very chary about acting on any of them, but coming from Doughty’s brother-in-law, it was de-cided to take a chance on the tip. Accordingly a squad of officers motored to the scene and for hours dug up the ground, but no trace of the body was found.
