The Ombudsman’s Office will be hosting two free webinars on March 31 to discuss how the Office takes and triages complaints, address common issues arising from municipal and school board complaints, and explain what to expect when the Ombudsman contacts your organization. Senior staff will provide an overview of the Office’s role and function and take time to answer questions from attendees.

Ask your questions about our oversight of school boards, which came into effect on September 1, 2015, and municipalities, which began on January 1, 2016
