Looks like things are on schedule for the Mall. All permits for the south end of the mall complex seems have benn submitted to the city.

The retailers seem to be a veritable who's who of car-oriented power centre and mall retailers, but if the centre is built as shown in the plans with the stores fronting onto St. Clair and the internal streets, it will facilitate other ways of getting around which don't produce that much congestion and don't require that much space to accommodate.
