Hundreds of people daily come to 333 Lakeshore blvd east daily to board one of several near shore lake tour boats many are tourists. The area really is unsuitable for such a activity and many of the boat operators would like a better created space. yet with the cities constant changes in docking areas and rehabilitation of the water front area, this just does not happen.
the area is strewn with garbage and old equipment,. and some of the passenger wait areas are a mess. The Pirate Life area is one such messed up configuration, with waste and broken attraction items all around. yes their use of the current dock-age and possible movement of their dock site restraints the investment they can make in one area, however it can be kept clean and in good repair.
