Zwilling J.A. Henckels, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany, is one of the oldest and most respected knife manufacturers in the world. Over the years, the company has expanded its product range to include cookware and kitchen gadgets.

Flagship Stores are designed to showcase the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and premium positioning. These locations offer immersive brand experiences rather than serving solely as points of sale. In Canada, the Markham location likely serves as their flagship store, featuring elements such as minimalist luxury, heritage storytelling, and interactive zones.
The Stockyards store, by contrast, reflects the layout and design of Zwilling’s Value-Driven Outlet Stores, which cater to more price-conscious consumers. The new stockyards store is quite welcoming.
Notably, following its July 2025 renovation, the Outlet store now includes a small interactive zone with three stools—likely intended for product demonstrations and customer engagement. which is a welcome addition to the store, allowing the store to have some of the long Junction history of demonstrations in retail stores.

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels at the Stockyards closed for a renovation starting July 3rd, 2025, and reopened in mid August 2025. The store originally opened in late 2023 and is located on the interior level of the mall, directly across from the entrance to Nations Supermarket, which also subleases the retail space to ZWILLING J.A. Henckels.
