DIRECTION TO BICYCLE RIDERS The rider of every tricycle shall at all times when riding the same keep both feet on the pedals and hold the handlebars and such riders shall not ride more than two abreast, nor shall any such rider hold on to or have his bicycle attached to any moving vehicle, but this provision shall not apply so as to prevent a sidecar being attached to a motorcycle. No person shall carry any other person or persons upon a bicycle except in a proper side car attached to the motorcycle, or except one person only upon a properly constructed pillion seat behind the rider.
