The Junction is Your Holiday Destination on Saturday December 7th
Toronto, ON- : The Junction BIA is delighted to invite you to our annual Santa in the Junction event. Please join us in the Junction neighbourhood for a full day of Christmas themed activities on Saturday, December 7th, 2013, starting at 11:00 AM.
The major attractions include meeting Santa and his elves, strolling through the Junction to discover and participate in a number of Santa’s Workshops, listening to Mrs. Claus reading holiday tales, finding some unique gifts, enjoying Reindeer Scavenger Hunt, all while enjoying some hot chocolate, roasted chestnuts and other take-away treats prepared by Junction businesses along Dundas Street West at Keele Street.
Join us, as we celebrate Santa’s Visit in the Junction with unique workshops organized in partnership with Skillshop.ca. With more than 20 unique lessons hosted inside Junction BIA businesses, anyone can learn from the experts with lessons such as how to roast Ethiopian coffee, pair beer with food, debone a chicken, make Christmas ornaments, and many more. Furthermore, be sure not to miss a Toy Drive, Live Music Performances, Storytelling and other special events at participating businesses.
