Construction of an addition containing 5 dwelling units at rear of building at 2945 DUNDAS ST W was approved at the city on April 19th 2013.
What theywill look like is not available, anyone have info?

Hopefully, they’ll look good. Such development activity can improve the area by cleaning up laneways. Laneways are often dull or ugly spaces around the city. It will mean more eyes on the laneway, potentially reducing crime. It will also mean more density without demolishing buildings for larger new buildings.
