20th Anniversary: A Celebration of Community & Urban Greenspacing

Get ready for a family-friendly celebration… it’s the park’s 20th anniversary this year, and we’re planning a party.

Local non-profit organizations and dedicated volunteers have come together to plan a special event, celebrating the past, present and future of our park.

We’re planning a fun Kids Zone, a Sports Zone, an interpretive History Zone, and a Main Stage on the Town Square with music and dancing. We’ll have a Food Zone and a birthday cake competition judged by local VIPs. The event will finish with an outdoor movie on the Square.
