This townhouse currently for sale just off Lakeshore Blvd is one very few homes in the West end that provide you with such a close view of the lake. While it would be wonderful to live here if your lifestyle suited – you could do without a garden and major home repairs, you would do to view yourself as privileged. $1,600,000 isn’t a very high price for a three-story house in this area. this post started with some wonder about what sort of community is developing in the old west Toronto motel strip now that it is just about built up with new exciting and costly places to live, still wondering?

So…"Kingsway Dining", which is 6km away, is considered an "Extra"?
Does this mean that Kensington Market can be considered an "Extra" for my Symington Ave. home too?
I'm sure the lake view is nice…but if it's a gated community, and the closest retail strip to brag about in the real estate listing is 6km away, I wouldn't be too interested.
