As much as the blog knows it was a office building in the 70s and 80s, during the late 70s and early 80s the third floor was the local Junior Achievement office.

what is that mechanic's hall beside it? always wondered.
It was the mechanics library, which is now part of the Toronto Public Library, you can view some of the books at The Toronto Reference Library.
Are they taking the stucco off? Also, any idea roughly how old this building is? Thanks!
