At the bottom of the Don Valley Parkway, just below the Lakeshore Blvd East is a small parkette that fronts onto a canal. To the south the water bounces up against the port authority yard, and the concrete pier, see the top of the photo. To the east the water naturally meets the shoreline.
It is a sad and wonderful dichotomy.
