Toronto Star Will Feature Investigation into Parental Alienation and Child Custody
We’re giving men and fathers a voice.
We’re excited to be working with our agency to undertake “in-depth examination of parental alienation, the role of the courts and the impacts on children and parents.”
With consent from participants, journalists will be attending meetings of our
Fathering After Separation or Divorce program and speaking one-on-one with loving fathers who have been kept apart from their children, shining a spotlight on systemic problems with our current family law system.
Although we receive regular media coverage in national and local publications, the Toronto Star has often overlooked the issues affecting boys and men. This new development, approached with cautious optimism, provides us a unique opportunity to tell the heartbreaking stories that the public needs to hear.
