The Revue is getting a facelift! The Revue Film Society is excited to restore the facade of the cinema over the coming weeks. This will begin with the removal of the ‘REVUE CINEMA’ sign for cleaning and repairs on Wednesday, October 2. The cinema will continue to operate normally while this work is underway, and the sign will be reinstalled in the coming weeks once other work is completed.
We will provide updates on further expected work as information becomes available. While this work will not include a full restoration of the original 1912 marquee, many improvements to the facade and overall appearance of the building are underway.
