The Stockyards Mall has gone through a lot of cahnges since its opening, and now has great assortment of food retailers and clothing stores. when it opened it had as the major retail tenant the american retailer Target, who left Canada , and their space is now occupied by the Nations Fresh Foods supermarket which first opened its doors on August 28, 2012. Nations Fresh Foods su8blets the north side side of the old Target store to other retailers, one of the being the international knife and cookware manufactuer and retailer ZWILLING J.A Henckels.

The Stockyards Mall highest parking level provides a good view the street scape design of the lower levels of the mall.
The parking area is very large — for Junction standards. Walking around the upper level provides great views of the lower levels public space areas.
At ground level the use of a roundabout for car movement is a great idea.
