Hello Roncie Folks!
We are looking for recommendations for a part-time superintendent/handy-person for The Macaroni Factory (https://www.macaronifactory.ca) – our small commercial building located at 2738 Dundas Street West in The Junction.
This part-time role includes regular weekly tasks like taking out and bringing in the garbage/recycle bins, as well as sporadic and “as-needed” tasks like general maintenance and repairs (and possibly snow removal). Please note we have a cleaning service for the interior.
Also, just one space left for Lease! The bright, airy and affordable (above grade) lower unit is the last space still available for leasing at the Macaroni Factory if anyone knows of someone looking for a beautifully renovated commercial space in the area, just DM me for details!
