403 Keele Street Publicly Accessible Space at Heintzman Place

The small parkette just up the stairs from Keele St, as you walk up to the enterance level Heintzman Place Condominiums is a Privately Owned Publicly-Accessible Space access for use by everyone. it can be one of the most quiet places in the Junction, to relax from the urban mass. It is also a short 5 minute walk from  Keele St and Dundas St. West providing a great place to have your locally purchased lunch.
There is seating and and other places to sit within a great amount of greenery.
It is much underused space after the great amount of effort the community put in to have the space created and have Heintzman Place Condominium complex in the Junction approved. Heintzman Place which has the address is 60 & 61 Heintzman St, yet can be entered from Keele St,

This is definitely not under-used. Also should be noted the owners of the buildings maintain it.

It’s maintained by condo owners of 60 and 61 Heintzman, and is very much used by that community. It maybe underused by the greater Junction community.
