Magna International Inc.’s automated last-mile delivery vehicles will soon be driving in the Junction as part of a pilot delivery service project.
The pilot will launch shortly with two of Magna’s Last-Mile Delivery Devices (LMDDs). These vehicles will deliver small packages across five areas of the city, including:

Davenport

Parkdale–High Park (including most of the Junction)

York South–Weston

University–Rosedale

Toronto–St. Paul’s
The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has authorized the pilot under the Highway Traffic Act. The City of Toronto has no regulatory authority over these types of projects.
