Bucephalas has produced numerous award-winning beers and established supplier relationships with restaurant chains and retailers

The Company is in the business of brewing high-quality craft beers. The Company has three main business lines:

(a) From its facility in Niagara Falls (“Blackburn”), the Company brews beer for wholesale in over 150 retail locations (including LCBO stores and grocery stores), restaurants, and bars across Ontario;

(b) The Company also operates a brewpub, called the Indie Ale House, located on Dundas Street (2876 Dundas St W) in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood (the “Brewpub”);
