Welcome to the historic Destructor on Symes Road, formerly a City of Toronto garbage incinerator and now one of Toronto’s best-known craft breweries, Junction Craft Beverage Co. The building, originally commissioned by R.C. Harris, was beautifully designed in 1932 and artfully restored 86 years later. Today the space is used as a brewery producing beer and non-alcoholic beer for brands across North America using state-of-the-art technology.

The Destructor on Symes, home of Junction Craft Beverage Co., is one of the only buildings of its kind left standing in the Stockyards. Learn about how a former City garbage incinerator was converted into a craft brewery. (source: here)
