Directions from Matheson, ON: Go East on Highway 101 to Forestry Rd. Make a left turn onto Forestry Rd. After a few km Forestry Rd becomes a dirt gravel road and passes several bridges. After several more KMs there is an opening where a timber operation is happening. Immediately after the timber harvest site, take the first dirt road to the right. Abitibi Estates begins just down this road. There are no signs on the property so it is imperative that you have a GPS device or a Satellite Map cached on your phone to help locate the property. The road is easily passable with a Standard SUV or ATV. Abitibi Estates is also accessible from the Abitibi River via boat or ski-doo from many points along the river including the nearby Twin Falls Marina
