This week the Village by High Park construction height will reach the railroad roadway bed height and from what we understand they will cap the concrete built so far, with a concrete “roof” – which will be the ground level floor deck. This will allow continued work on the sub levels in a manner that can he heated for the curing of the deepest level decks .
