It's welcome to see some activity at the site. I really hope that whatever will be built here will be decent contribution to the streetscape in the Junction. i.e. not something that looks historical with a bunch of mouldings and precast in the rendering, but turning out to look like a cheaper and inaccurate version of the heritage architecture one might find on Dundas.
