They (as in the T.P.S.) are aiming to have the official opening ceremony November 11, 2011 (11.11.11). Not sure if they'll be up and running for business any sooner than that, but I doubt it.

so the building was not being "OCADized" ? that was just a temporary support structure?
TPS 11 division website has some renders of the new station.
