A tree at the bottom of Symes Rd, is one of the most beautiful in the city. A magnificent three trunk tree growing next to a small brook.
When visiting any of the brewing companies that are in the area around the old Symes Road Destructor, walking down the hill which is part of Symes Road and at the base of the hill immediately turning right and walking, will get you to this tree and great natural area.
This is the farthest North West of the Junction and a historic industrial area, walk though and across the creek and you are in Rockcliffe–Smythe is a neighbourhood.
