New York Pork’s magical transformation into a residential building.

Fire ravaged though the St Clair Avenue West meat plant, at 2306 St. Clair Avenue West, in 2006 and after the the fire was out hope from the residents of the St Clair Village community who wanted the plant gone. The community which is sat on the north side of St Clair Ave. West, between  Gunns Ave and Symes Rd in the Junctions meat packing industry area, long hoped the Pork processing plant would leave and now maybe the fire would cause that to happen.

Now a beautiful new residential building is nearing completion on the site.

A great overview of the development of this site can be read on the   West Toronto Blog.
