This Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment sought by the developer seeks to permit 6 towers ranging from 15 to 35 storeys with a total gross floor area of 132,889 sq.m., of which 126,160 sq.m. is residential resulting in 1,888 units, 2,373 sq.m. is retail, and 4,355 sq.m. is office. A total of 1,056 vehicular parking spaces and 1,964 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
Deletion of the zoned employment regulation of the site is also being sought by the developer.
