Who was the HPCA?

The High Park Community Alliance is a non-profit corporation created to accomplish the goals of the Alliance.
In February 2017, following the submission of development proposals at 35 High Park Ave by Great West Life and 111 Pacific Ave by Minto, a group of concerned High Park North residents including tenants and homeowners came together to address the significant impact these proposals could have on our community. In order to gain standing in the case these applications would be appealed at the Ontario Municipal Board, the Steering Committee successfully had the HPCA incorporated in April 2017, with an executive being elected in early June 2017.
