The site of the long effort to build on the site of the historic Subway Hotel, and later infamous rooming house gas explosion sat on south west the corner of Vine St. and Keele St.
The 1,418 m² site is located at 406 Keele Street. which was demolished around 1986 by a gas leak explosion.
The OMB Approved – 12/07/2017 project to permit the development of a 5 storey residential building containing 65 units.
