Toronto developer, now controls two major development sites in the Junction, including the biggest site.

 

611 Keele St. Development now owed by large developer, who also owns the much larger 43 Junction Rd site.

DiamondCorp, a Toronto developer, now controls two major development sites in the Junction. They are 611 Keele St., currently a vacant lot, and the 43 Junction Road development, which currently houses an LA Fitness location and the former Organic Garage food store. The 43 Junction Road site is a historic location in the Junction, previously the site of the Maple Leaf Mills.

The developer states that they recognize the potential of underutilize sites a practical solutions to planning policies and objectives in the projects.

Other Inner-city projects they have developed  a new tower, at Merton and Yonge Street. They are also involved in the mask at Eglinton Avenue East site of the former IBM complex.

A project that has some similarities in density they developed is The Selby at 592 Sherburne Ave., Toronto.
