During the week 49 between December 2, 2024 and December 8, 2024 the two houses at 48-50 Heintzman Avenue whwre demolished for the PURPOSE BUILT RENTAL Development at 403 Keele Street. Tthe hosues were abutting the large plot of land that was for a long time the Canadian Tire gas bar which is the main site for the development.
