The site is applying for,  28 new residential dwelling units and 126 square metres of at-grade for a total gross floor area of 2,068 square metres and the floor space index of 4.5 times the lot area.

The Notice of Complete Application was issued March of 2023 and the Community Consultation Meeting with  the public has not occurred.
