The business is gradually being integrated under the Alsco Uniforms brand, with signage and the companies large group of trucks still being marked Topper Linen, yet green Alsco Uniforms are at the site also.
what is great, is for the community, this means the site has not shut down and is still functioning as an industrial laundry and uniform service facility.
At this stage, there is no public indication that the Junction Road property itself has been sold separately for redevelopment. Instead, it appears to be a continuation of operations under new ownership.
At important issue as as all the other sites on Junction Rd are in development proposals.
However, as with many industrial sites in Toronto, especially in rapidly changing areas like the Junction, the long-term future of the land remains a topic of ongoing interest.
